This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Use for the sale of products presented on this website and its associated websites, blogs and subdomains, owned by BUSINESS AND WORKS SHINY SL, hereinafter SHINY. All purchases made on SHINY are subject to these General Terms and Conditions and to Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contracts. These sales are governed by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Access to and use of the services and content provided by this website implies acceptance of these general conditions and its data protection policy, which will apply without prejudice to any particular or special conditions that may be established. Therefore, please read this document carefully.
RETURN POLICY
In accordance with applicable regulations, our customers may exercise their right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order.
In such a case, SHINY will refund the price paid for the item(s) purchased, with the customer being responsible for the transport costs incurred in returning the product.

You may exchange or return the purchased product provided that the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Upon receipt of the product, SHINY will examine it and inform you if you are entitled to a replacement. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging and unused.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the receipt of the order if you have not notified us of your right to return a product.
Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by the original invoice or purchase receipt.
The return/exchange shipment must be sent by certified mail to avoid loss, for which SHINY is not responsible. We do not accept returns sent COD (cash on delivery).
The amount to be refunded will be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the User's communication requesting the refund, using the same method used for the payment, except for cash on delivery, in which case it will be reimbursed by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
SHINY reserves the right to refuse returns communicated outside the indicated timeframes, or if the items have not been returned in the same condition as when delivered.
RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGE CAUSED DURING TRANSPORT
If, at the time of delivery, it is clearly and visibly apparent, without needing to open the shipping packaging or the product packaging itself, that a product has defects caused by transport damage or that there is an error in the goods received, the Customer must indicate this on the delivery slip and inform SHINY by email, sending a message to EXTENSIONES.SHINY@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours of receiving the order, in order to request the return of the affected product or items and thus obtain a replacement or a refund of the price paid. In these cases, SHINY will cover the return costs.
PAYMENT TERMS
Products purchased through this portal will be paid for by the customer online, using their preferred method: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or through the secure PayPal payment gateway system.
The customer must pay the full amount of the purchased products; therefore, the order will be valid once the bank confirmation of the payment has been received.
For bank transfer payments, you will need to provide us with your order number, first and last name. We will only proceed with the shipment once the transfer has been received, which may take 1-2 days. If the transfer has not been made within 7 days, we will cancel the order.
* Commissions will be charged to the client.
For payments made with a credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e., in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.
Credit cards will be subject to the corresponding checks and authorizations by the issuing entity. Therefore, if the issuing entity does not authorize the payment, SHINY is not responsible for the consequences arising from the delay in delivery or the impossibility of delivery. Please note that, in accordance with the regulations governing credit/debit card payments, SHINY does not store the CVC code, which is requested from the user at the time of payment and is used exclusively to validate the transaction.
All payments made through the PayPal payment gateway will have a surcharge of 2 euros for processing fees.
SHINY reserves the right to refuse an order from any user with whom it has a dispute.
SHIPPING METHOD, COSTS AND TIME FRAME
SHINY ships orders to its customers through various reputable express delivery companies with national and international reach.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT +1 Madrid) will be processed the same day, so they will arrive within the time chosen by the customer, always counted as business days.
If orders are placed after that time, they will be processed the next day, so the customer must add one business day to their delivery time.
The delivery date to the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area, and will be indicated when placing your order, according to the method chosen by the user when finalizing their order. Similarly, you will be informed about the shipping costs at the time of placing your order, and before confirming it. The amount of these costs will be indicated when the user finalizes the order.
For purchases made in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with a value equal to or greater than 200 euros, the shipping costs will be covered by SHINY, thus being free for the customer.
Shipments outside the peninsular territory (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) will be sent via CORREOS (Spanish Postal Service) with certified mail.
For the Peninsular Territory, delivery times will be between 24-48 hours.
For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times will be approximately 2 to 6 business days.
Customers who exercise their right to return the purchased item, complying with the requirements of the General Terms and Conditions, and who have benefited from the free shipping offer described above, will be reimbursed the total purchase price, deducting the amount corresponding to the shipping costs covered by SHINY as part of the offer.
Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for the delivery. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to raise any justified objections or claims.
PRICE. APPLICABLE TAXES
Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be duly indicated on the screen and will be valid until the indicated date or until stocks last.
The prices of the items displayed on the website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes and will be the current prices at all times, except for typographical errors. The prices on the website do not include shipping costs, which will be added when confirming the order.
The purchasing system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, and therefore the sales transactions will be considered as having taken place at the address of SHINY, TRAVESÍA BEATRIZ GALINDO 4, 3, CP: 28803, ALCALÁ DE HENARES, MADRID, SPAIN.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where applicable, will hear the matter, will be those provided for by the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction, which, in the case of consumers, takes into account the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the domicile of the buyer.
If the buyer's domicile is outside of Spain, both parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
