At SHINY Hair Extensions, we are committed to offering you a fast, secure, and transparent shipping service, complying with current regulations regarding e-commerce and consumer rights.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the terms and conditions described herein shall apply to all shipments.

2. Preparation and Dispatch Process

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM : All orders received and confirmed before 4:00 PM (Spanish peninsular time) are prepared and shipped from our facilities on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM : Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Important : Delivery times refer to business days and begin counting from the time the package leaves our facilities.

4. Delivery Days

  • Deliveries are made exclusively from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Deliveries and shipments are not made on weekends or public holidays.

5. Shipping Costs and Rates

  • Shipping costs (depending on the chosen method) will be calculated and displayed during the purchase process, before order confirmation.

  • For orders over €80, shipping is free for all orders in the Iberian Peninsula.

6. Tracking Number

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company.

  • You can check the status of your shipment at any time through the transport agency's website.

7. Responsibilities and Delays

  • We work with reputable transport agencies, but delays beyond our control can sometimes occur (adverse weather conditions, customs control, road problems, etc.).

  • If your shipment exceeds the maximum expected time by more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can locate it and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
