Shipping Policy
At SHINY Hair Extensions, we are committed to offering you a fast, secure, and transparent shipping service, complying with current regulations on e-commerce and consumer rights.
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders placed through our website. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms and conditions described herein will apply to all shipments.
2. Preparation and Dispatch Process

Orders before 4:00 PM: All orders received and confirmed before 4:00 PM (Spanish peninsular time) are prepared and leave our facilities on the same business day.

Orders after 4:00 PM: Orders received after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Important: Delivery times refer to business days and begin from the departure of the package from our facilities.
4. Delivery Days

Shipments are delivered exclusively from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

No deliveries or shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
5. Shipping Costs and Rates

Shipping costs (according to the chosen method) will be calculated and displayed during the purchase process, before order confirmation.

For orders over €80, shipping is free for all orders on the Iberian Peninsula.
6. Tracking Number

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the transport agency.

You can check the status of your shipment at any time through the transport agency's website.
7. Responsibilities and Delays

We work with reputable transport agencies, but delays beyond our control may occasionally occur (adverse weather, customs checks, road problems, etc.).

If your shipment exceeds the maximum estimated delivery time by more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can locate it and resolve it as soon as possible.
8. Returns and Exchanges
At Shiny Hair Extensions, we work to ensure our customers' satisfaction. However, if you need to make an exchange or return, here are the conditions and procedures:
1. Time limit for requesting a return and refund time
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to request a return. Once the product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within an estimated maximum time of 5-7 business days.
2. Errors attributable to the company
If the error in the order is Shiny's responsibility (incorrect product, verifiable manufacturing defect, or an error in order preparation), we will cover the costs of collection and re-shipment of the replaced product at no additional cost to the customer.
3. Errors attributable to the customer or changes due to personal preference
If the reason for the exchange or return is due to a customer error (model, color, quantity, etc.) or the product does not meet their expectations, the customer must send the item by their own means to the following address:

A written note must be included inside the package indicating:

In case of exchange: indicate the desired product

Important:

The amount to be refunded will correspond only to the value of the product, excluding shipping costs.

The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
4. Items received with gifts or partial returns
If the order includes promotional items or gifts, or if you wish to make a partial exchange or return, the customer must contact us beforehand via:

5. Customized products
Products made to measure or customized for the customer are not eligible for exchanges or returns, in accordance with current regulations.
6. Order delivery confirmation
If the order appears as “delivered” on the logistics platform, the customer must first verify if the package has been received by a neighbor, doorman, nearby delivery point, or collaborating establishment, as well as contact the transport agency to confirm the exact delivery point.
If, after these checks, the package is not located, Shiny Hair Extensions will request the opening of an incident with the logistics company, a process that may take between 5 and 10 calendar days for investigation and resolution.
