General Conditions

Access to the site and confirmation of any order imply full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and our Data Protection Policy.

1. Purpose and scope of application

  1. The User declares that they know and accept, at the time of placing the order, the specific sales conditions specified in the product details (price, characteristics, delivery time, etc.).

  2. Confirmation of the order by SHINY HAIR EXTENSION constitutes the formalization of the contract and the unreserved acceptance of all the specific conditions applicable to said order, as well as the legal documents available on the website, including the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purchase process

To purchase our products, follow these steps:

  1. Product selection: Click “Add to cart” on each desired product.

  2. Purchase initiation: Click on "Complete purchase". If you are not yet registered or have not logged in, you will be asked to do so.

  3. Data verification: Please check and confirm your billing and shipping information before proceeding.

  4. Payment method: Select your payment method and click "Place order". You will be redirected to the corresponding secure SSL payment system.

  5. Confirmation: Once the payment is approved, the contract will be finalized and you will receive an on-screen confirmation with:

    • Order number
    • Order date
    • Product Summary

You have access to these Terms and Conditions and the final price at all times before confirming your purchase.

3. Product Information

The information and images published on the website are kept up-to-date and free of typographical errors. In the event that any error is detected that is beyond the control of SHINY HAIR EXTENSION, it will be corrected immediately.

4. Language

All purchases will be formalized exclusively in Spanish.

5. Payment methods and financing

  • We offer various payment methods, all of which are secured by SSL and data encryption.

  • Some purchases can be financed through SEQURA or KLARNA, which are financial entities completely external to SHINY. In such cases, please read and accept their terms and conditions before finalizing the financing. The first charge will be made automatically after order confirmation.

6. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT and other applicable taxes.

7. Receiving the products

Upon receiving the order, the user must sign the delivery slip and may note any observations. If damaged or missing packages are detected, a claim must be sent by email to extensiones.shiny@gmail.com within a maximum of 24 hours to manage the incident.

8. Delivery times and shipping costs

  • Deliveries in mainland Spain: Estimated delivery time of 24-72 hours from order confirmation (on business days).

  • Shipping costs: These are automatically calculated according to the shipping type and destination. For orders over €80 within the Iberian Peninsula, standard shipping (1-2 business days) is free.

  • You will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number. In case of absence, the agency will proceed according to its protocols (delivery note, phone call or email).

  • If the shipment is made in several packages, each one may have a different delivery time, depending on availability.

  • SHINY HAIR EXTENSION will notify you of any issues that may delay delivery and will offer the options to continue or cancel the order with a full refund.

9. Warranty and Compliance

All products are covered by a warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with consumer regulations. They will be considered compliant if:

  1. They match the description and characteristics presented.

  2. They are suitable for the usual uses of similar products.

  3. They are used for special purposes when expressly requested and accepted.

  4. They present the expected quality according to the nature of the product and the statements made by SHINY HAIR EXTENSION.

10. Right of withdrawal

Because these are transactions between professionals, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.

11. Supply errors

If SHINY HAIR EXTENSION delivers incorrect items, we will cover the costs of collecting and replacing them with the correct items.

12. Refunds

When a refund is applicable, it will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, for the original amount of the order, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 1-4 business days after confirmation of the return and verification of the product's condition.

13. Data protection

The personal data provided will be processed by Shiny Hair Extensions as data controller, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by sending an email to extensiones.shiny@gmail.com , proving your identity. If you wish, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
