Returns and Refunds Policy
Below, we detail our returns and exchange policy, designed to ensure the best experience for our customers in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, and Ukraine.
1. Return Conditions We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (due to purchase withdrawal), provided the following conditions are met:

Product condition: We only accept returns of new products. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and never used.

Return period: The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, the customer must send the item by mail to our returns address (upon request to our customer service).

Return label: The shipment of the product is the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: Yes, we accept product exchanges under the same condition terms (new products only).
3. Costs and Fees

Restocking fees: We do not apply any restocking fees. The return is free of charge for the customer, apart from the aforementioned shipping costs.
4. Refunds Once the return is received and verified in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund.

Processing time: The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

Currency: All refunds will be made in Euros (EUR).
